Please find details about size and price in the table. On each plot can be constructed one of the types of cottages. So you have to add the price of the cottage to the price of the plot to find out the total investment. The prices of the different cottages are from 3.495.000,- CZK (excl. 9% VAT).
The cottages will te turnkey, which means including floors, tileswork, bathrooms, kitchen, stove, parkingplace and terrace.
Note: from 1-1-2010 the VAT will be raised to 10%!
